Black Magic Live Las Vegas show Review

Playing at the LaMarre Theater, Black Magic Live is the creation of Vivica A. Fox who has handpicked these fine pieces of chocolate to please your senses and she has brought the best of the best. The revue showcases plenty of meat on stage with swaying hips, bulging biceps, incredible abs, and of course they are smiling naughtily all the time at the audience. If you are lucky maybe you even get invited on to the stage for a little up close and personal fun.

During the production of lack Magic Live Las Vegas show there are several set changes that make this more than a strip tease with chiseled men on stage. The performers actually tell a story of black history during their performance while they are pleasing the audience with their unbelievable dance moves and god like bodies. The men on stage bring out the best of the crowd when they start in on a song by Temptations and end up with just a little bit of g-string holding their goodies in place. The production is all about having fun and the crowd is more than happy to show them a little appreciation throughout the show.

Another part of Black Magic is about baseball. Yes, I said baseball. The dance troupe changes into a uniforms of the former Negro League that had such standout stars like Satchel Paige, Cool Papa Bell, Oscar Charleston, and Josh Gibson. By the time the men on stage are through playing their own game of baseball, the crowd is treated to fine base action as the women in the audience dream of hitting a homerun with one of the gorgeous hunks on stage.

Other highlights of lack Magic Live Las Vegas show bring aerial acrobatics into play when one of the handsome dancers uses ropes to perform death defying acrobatics above the crowd which showcases the strength of these incredibly chiseled men. But that’s not all the show brings and there is a bit of comedy from the emcee between costume and set changes that helps the crowd cool down while waiting for the next piece of meat to sizzle on stage.

Throughout the show the music is perfectly timed to the grooving dance moves which showcases their swaying hips, bulging chests, and six-pack abs. The lighting highlights the dancer’s bodies and gives you a better idea of what you want to see in an all-male revue.

Venue

lack Magic Live Las Vegas show is performing at the intimate LaMarre Theater. The venue is not very large so most seats have good sightlines of the stage and action. The best seats are found upfront in the VIP section which is the first three rows and two side sections closest to the stage. The VIP section also gives you a better opportunity of being chosen to go on stage with one the dreamy dancers. The last four rows of the venue offer good sightlines and value but you are farther from the dancers on stage.

The cast of Black Magic Live was handpicked by producer Vivica A. Fox who is famous actress for her movie roles in Independence Day, Soul Food, Booty Call, and Kingdom Come.   The dancers for the production include Jamaika, King, Loverboy, 4Play, Lockz, Addictive, and the emcee is played by JC.

Tickets

Black Magic Live is playing at the LaMarre Theater located three blocks away from the Strip in the Las Vegas Arts District. The 90-minute production runs Thursday thru Sunday beginning at 8:30p.m. Tickets start at $51.00 for general admission seats, VIP seats are $67.00, and VIP Pamper seats which include a meet and greet are $87.00 (taxes and fees excluded). Black Magic Live Las Vegas tickets may be purchased for guests 18 years of age or older.
